In a nation as diverse as ours, our history is a patchwork quilt of the blending of numerous cultures. Each of these cultures adds distinct and meaningful characteristics to what it means to be an American. These vibrant heritages deserve to be studied, understood, and appreciated. All of our instructional materials utilize primary source documents to comprehensively and effectively retell these colorful periods of history.

Every State in our Republic has a unique history to tell. It is our goal at Momentum Instruction to bring these stories to life. Our goal is to provide students with a full appreciation of their State’s individual heritage. All of our instructional materials utilize primary source documents to effectively teach history. Such documents afford teachers the ability to present historical information objectively.
The foundational principles that framed our nation are essential to an accurate understanding of U.S history. Our curriculum includes a thorough review of Colonial and Revolutionary America as well as the philosophical foundations of the U.S. government. Our instructional materials credibly teach United States history through the use of primary source documents. These documents afford students the opportunity to experience history through the lens of firsthand accounts.
The authors of our instructional materials strive to present the information in narrative form, much more like a historical novel than a textbook. At Momentum Instruction we believe history is the retelling of the most interesting and engaging stories of our past. When history is presented in this fashion it is much easier for students to grasp the importance of the content than a dry and boring recitation of facts, names and dates.
Fully developed daily lesson plans that fulfill state standards and extensive supplemental materials to bolster classroom instruction are some of the ancillary materials we offer.
Schools have the option to register their students for subscriptions accessing supplemental materials, homework, reading assignments, and practice assessments. These student subscriptions also grant access to interactive features that enhance the learning experience, such as class discussion boards.
By supporting the pursuit of intellectual discovery through the balanced presentation of contrasting viewpoints, we work to preserve each student’s freedom of thought.
